Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

Are you passionate about approaching all the unique bodies in your classes with a skillful eye and an effective touch? As teachers we must be continual students: studying the intricacies of human anatomy, learning how to observe different bodies in the room, practicing various languaging and cueing and finally gauging if and how we will dive in to assist students with hands-on adjustments. It’s a delicate art that requires practice, attentiveness and confidence. In this workshop we will touch upon all of the above including Ethics, How’s, Why’s and When’s of assists (bring your questions and concerns). Expect to work in partners practicing various hands-on adjustments and enhancements in many poses during most of the workshop. Come with a desire to learn and leave with a deeper awareness of the incredible human body. Handout provided for future use and for note taking.
