Slackline Yoga: Starting the Long Walk

As you develop your slacklining practice you will start contemplating walking longlines, highlines and waterlines. All these lines have one thing in common: you cannot use the ground to begin your walk. This workshop will teach you several mounts to use in those cases and will have you walking the long walk in no time. Learning how to effectively enter any slackline without touching the ground will open a new spectrum of poses and line options to practice.

Pre-requisites: Previous participation on any Slackline Yoga Class or ability to stand and/or kneel on a slackline for at least 15 seconds.
